PEPS 421 Foundation of Pest Management

Principles and concepts of insect pest management; biological, cultural, physical, and chemical control; sampling protocol; pests of fruit and vegetable crops, turf and urban landscape plants, urban structures, and environments including medically important insects. Dr. Tay co-teaches with Drs. Shikano, Cheng and Wright. Pre: one of the following: 250 or 363, BIOL 171, BIOL 172, or BOT 101; or consent.
